Pastor Aric Foster serves as the lead pastor of First Assembly of God–Madill, beginning his ministry here in July 2025. Before entering pastoral leadership, Aric faithfully served our nation for 25 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a chaplain after serving in multiple capacities as an enlisted Soldier, cadet, and commissioned officer.
Aric has a deep passion for serving God, helping people grow in their relationship with Christ, and investing in the local community. He is especially committed to supporting veterans and continues that mission through his service on veteran-focused boards that assist veterans both locally and across the nation.
Aric is married to his wonderful wife, Julie, and together they are blessed with two beautiful daughters. When he is not serving the church or community, he enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. Pastor Aric’s heart for people, dedication to ministry, and love for God guide his desire to help others discover the hope, purpose, and abundant life found in Jesus Christ.
As the Pastor’s wife, Julie is instrumental in creating a welcoming and caring church environment. She graciously hosts hospitality dinners at the parsonage for church members and guests, helping others feel loved and connected. Julie also faithfully handwrites cards for special occasions, encouraging and ministering to the church family in thoughtful and personal ways. Her warmth, genuine smile, and compassionate spirit leave a lasting impression on everyone she meets.
Julie has loved and served the Lord since she was a young child and continues to faithfully support the ministry alongside Pastor Aric. Behind the scenes, she is invaluable in helping to keep things running smoothly, including making sure Pastor Aric hasn’t forgotten his keys. Julie treasures her roles as a wife and mother and enjoys playing the piano, using her gifts to bless both her family and the church.
Kim Hart serves as our Worship Team Leader, faithfully leading our congregation in heartfelt worship each week. With many years of experience on the worship team, she has a passion for creating an atmosphere where people can connect with God and grow in their faith. As a longtime member of our church family, Kim’s dedication, leadership, and servant’s heart have been a blessing to our congregation for many years.
Mary serves as the leader of our Women’s Ministry, where she encourages and inspires women to grow in their faith and relationship with Christ. A devoted Christian since an early age, Mary has a deep love for God and a passion for serving others. Her warm smile and caring spirit make everyone feel welcome and valued. Mary also blesses our congregation as one of our talented church pianists, sharing her musical gifts in worship. She is happily married to the love of her life, John, and together they are a cherished part of our church family.
Bill Box leads our men’s ministry gathering, MAN’S Breakfast, where he encourages fellowship and spiritual growth among the men of our church. He also faithfully shares Good News in each service, bringing encouragement and inspiration to our congregation. Bill serves faithfully as a Board Member sharing his knowledge and insights. A lifelong resident of the area, Bill has deep roots in our community. He and his wonderful wife, Pam, are a blessing to our church family. Pam serves on the worship team and faithfully assists in Children’s Church, helping nurture the next generation in their faith.
